TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

His role is as the Lead Trainer and Assessor for MVT’s Nationally Recognised TAE Products delivered out of the Adelaide Campus. Wayne’s primary goal is to ensure people are trained and assessed to the highest possible standards.
TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – PLEASE NOTE: HTG no longer teach the FULL TAE qualification as a face to face course. However we do offer alternative pathways to become a VET Trainer.
Option 01 – The NEW Standards now allow for people to become Trainers and Assessors without having to hold the FULL TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. These We now offer these programs and they can be completed by doing a Short Intensive TAE Skill Set Program. YES! This is enough to start as a Trainer and Assessor in the VET Sector. We recommend the following TAESS00030 Skill Set if you’re interested)
A TAE Skill Set allows you to do the normal work of a VET Trainer and Assessor including:
- Delivery of Training & Teaching
- Facilitating and Conducting Assessments
- Collection and Confirmation of Student Evidence*
*NOTE: Skill Set holders CANNOT authorise a final sign off on a Students Competency relating to anything that leads to a Nationally recognised Qualification or Statement of Attainment.
Option 02 – Professional RPL Services Highly experienced educators might not need to study the full TAE40122. If you don’t quite qualify for full Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), we can map out a combination of RPL and Gap Study to get you certified. Contact us today to build your customised pathway.
