Wayne has an extensive background in Management, Leadership and Training. As a leader in his field of business and education, he consults with various organisations, providing both personal and professional leadership training and development.

Wayne has proven entrepreneurial skills in having established and created one of South Australia’s largest franchise retail outlets for Musical Instruments. Wayne has trained within the VET sector over the past nine years.

He holds various vocational qualifications including the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development,, Diploma of Management, and a Graduate Diploma in Adult and Vocational Education. He also holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, which included a major research paper on the ‘Educational Qualifications and Longevity of Youth Leaders in NSW’, published April 2009 in the ‘Journal of Australian Pentecostal Studies’.

Wayne has developed customise learning programs for some of Australia’s most recognised companies, and has delivered qualifications for some of the largest RTO’s in Australia at both a national and international level. He also assists Training Organisations in business development, and the research of new training markets. Wayne’s other strengths lie in his charismatic and dynamic presentation style, and his ability to fully engage any audience.
