Enduring Leadership in the current workplace takes many and varied skill sets that are constantly changing and demanding more from those who are leading in their role and workplace function. This program is designed to be perfectly suited for those who are wanting to improve specific skills sets in a range of critical business and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for your organisational performance in the workplace, individuals at this level will be learning what it is to lead in an organisation from visionary leadership and management theories through to strategic influencing techniques ie emotional intelligence skills sets and preemptive leadership skills like risk management and financial forecasting competencies. Overall the program is designed to be aligned to your unique development needs and will ensure that you have the skills you need for organising and monitoring the output of others and/or achieving organisational outcomes.

All our class intensives are in Adelaide & Online Options to also access these sessions are also available. All sessions are conducted by experienced VET Educators and Business professionals and are interactive and involve group activities that make it more enjoyable to complete. Entry Requirements 

There are no formal qualifications in Leadership or Management which are required to commence this program and thus no formal entry requirements. However, it is expected that students will have appropriate language, literacy, numeracy skills to complete the training and assessment requirements and suitable levels of workplace experience if they wish to RPL certain units within the qualification itself.
